Dr. George Kainja is the first Inspector General of the Malawi Police to be appointed and confirmed under the Tonse Alliance regime. He opens up about his past, the way he rose up the ranks in the Malawi Police to be where he is now.
He talks about a wide range of issues including discipline in the Police, housing, promotions, and dealing with the politicians. He promises that he cannot be influenced by politicians and that should Malawians see any signs of political influence in the Police they should call him out.
