My English teacher at Police Secondary school in early 90s. A very noble man. How delightful it is to have seen you now, after all these years. The remarkable thing is that today, after all those years of your dedicated service, we all remember, and are very much appreciative of your great contribution to our level of education and welfare. Many of us came to hold diligently all the pride and confidence you instilled in us, and we have likewisely gone great heights in career and personal development. I have seldom seen more inspiring faces than those of the Police Officers who taught us, and made us believe that everything is possible, so long as you work hard. We profusely thank you, and shall forever be grateful for all that you did for us while growing up and schooling in Malawi. May God bless you Mr. Dzonzi.

Ayi pokhapo poti a Police akhoza kuzifufuza okha sizingatheke ayi. There is what they call camaraderie & they can't break it. That's why other countries have got "Independent Police Investigations Directorate " that is mandated to investigate the Police when they break the law. So on this one Lot Dzonzi can never sell out his comrades on air he will defend them at all cost. But in reality the police is infiltrated with other political elements.

I agree 100%, as long as IG is appointed by HE there is no way he can disobey his master. There is no distinction between politics and policing when it comes to IG office hence you will see that former IGs are die-hards of different parties
