Cruise Controversy: Large or Small Ship

Carnival cruise line recently announced plans to build 3 new large cruise ships.
Many frequent cruisers love the small and medium size cruise ships, and some cruisers prefer larger ships.
I’ve primarily have sailed on mid and smaller sized ships.
I’ve sailed on the Holland America Line Maasdam many times and enjoyed the intimate size of that ship.
In addition, I’ve also sailed on the Icon of the Seas and enjoyed it immensely!
