Believe me!! Even with the walking, it’s a challenge. I had felt the change and Mum and Geraldine were very kind and supportive but equally concerned about me taking care of myself. Since cleaning up my diet I have noticed an almost immediate change in myself. And I genuinely feel more energetic and bright.
