Cruise from New Zealand to Australia on the Queen Victoria

Ross and Kathy Callaghan cruise from Auckland to Sydney on the Queen Victoria. Cruising on Cunard is a bit different from most cruises out of Australia and New Zealand. This video highlights some of these differences.

What a beautiful video of a cruise on a beautiful ship. Myself and my wife always sail with Cunard. I am fussy about sea safety. Cunard have been around for over 180 years and over that time they never lost a ship except for the Lusitania which was torpedoed by a U boat off the Irish coast in 1915. I fully agree that it is traditional which we love. It does not do 'funfair type activities' like most other cruise lines. (I am not saying that a funfair at sea is wrong. It is great if you like that) we love the nostalgia which Cunard offers and everything else you so correctly pointed out in your insightful video. Thanks again for an enjoyable video.

Thanks for all the info. We will be celebrating a very big birthday next year and have booked onto Queen Victoria. Have cruise before but this will be our first on Cunard. Cannot wait.

You said it. Sadly Cunard still insists to the old English class system.Depending where your cabin is. That tells you which dining room. Also the dinner wear. They definitely not like any other cruise ship.
