The driver obviously doesn't wheel his 80 much....he had no idea what was going on below, no feel for what the rig was doing combined with very poor line choice. He is lucky he didn't lean it over.

It's really common for rigs to take this line to lift a tire intentionally on this obstacle.

Use a spotter period! If you had a spotter never let them spot again or pay attention to them next time.
