The whirlpools can get a lot larger than this, it gets really deep the further away you get from any islands, may take a few minutes to reach deeper waters though (a lot deeper)

I think that's a fast moving eddy / large area of downdraft . . . because whirlpools only apear from very fast underwater curent causing a lot of turbulence below

whirlpools are probably one of my biggest fears, imagine chilling quite literally having the time of your life and then you see the ocean spinning in a giant death vortex of succ that you pretty much stand no chance of escape or surviving if caught in one I bet that shit is horrible the moment you hit the bottom you instantly get hit with the pressure along with the speed of the water and the shock of the cold because of how deep down it is.......and then for however long you're alive you get to think about the fact you're literally spinning mach speed deep af in some water which a lot of people already hate just thinking about that bad times bruh

Whirlpools in the ocean happen but they aren't that huge, if your in anything bigger than a medium size fishing boat than you will be unaffected

@@liamanderson9104 Yeah, the biggest whirlpools are in the middle of the ocean and are caused by currents, I think they can only be up to like 5 meters in diameter with the center drain like hole being only 1 meter in diameter

Camodo you need to try sinking ship survival with the arctic volcano. The ash against a ship absolutely destroyed the outside of a ship and would be great for survival.

I live on an island near a waterway inlet that leads to the ocean it’s basically a big river that dumps out into the ocean and there are whirlpools when the tides change that will drag down small boats and logs etc people swim there despite the warning signs and die all the time and they never find the bodies very scary stuff

alot of modern cruise lines employ security as anti piracy measures in certain places in the world. they will have access to a armory/gun room as well as a jail for unruly vacationers.
