My husband and I were on that sailing! Spot on about everything. I love NCL but Prima has such an awkward flow and my goodness that disembarkation was such a disaster 🤪

We had a great time. Really interesting ship, and it gave us a much better idea of what modern NCL experiences are like. For the slide, maybe they can get a daily volunteer to get greased up before sliding down 🤭 Thanks so much for watching! Glad you enjoyed :-)

Interestingly (and something I should have mentioned in the video I posted moments ago), there is no running track that we saw or heard about - so just the gym.

Great job. Very informative. Do you know anything about priority boarding, and do you think it is worth it? I have been considering it. Sailing Prima Dec. 16 sailing out of port Canaveral. Can’t wait! 😊

Glad you enjoyed - I appreciate you tuning in! I know that on our sailing out of Port Miami they called some loyalty levels and others with priority embarkation first - all at once. After that they started calling the other boarding groups, and it all went very quickly. In our case it appears we would have saved five or ten mins with any sort of priority embarkation - so not a significant benefit. My brother and I paid for Priority Access for the Getaway 06Mar22 and there was no indication they even knew we had paid $90 extra to be ignored in the NYC terminal! Canapés were useless! Disembarkation was nothing special if you are taking your own luggage off! We did get a discount on a Spa treatment to some value from it! I'm Platinum now and get Priority boarding and disboarding.

No coffee makers in the rooms, no. We often order breakfast via room service, in large part for the coffee and forced wakeup call.

I have heard coffee makers can be requested to the room attendant and brought there. On my last cruise in a Studio cabin we had the Studio lounge for at least coffee and tea if they have any cups around. Even the paper cups can be out and not replenished till who knows when. The Epic had fruit and pastries, but the Breakaway only had slices of fat pills (Cake). The occasional muffin. The Studio lounge on the Prima is nicer than previous NCL ships. It's not like you can go there in your pajamas to get coffee though!

I have been reading many Facebook posts that are saying that the ship needs to be sunk! Many negative reviews and those that disagreed made themselves heard saying that the reviews aren't accurate!

Like every ship I've been on, there are great things and things that aren't ideal. I personally love the colors, textures, material choices, and furnishings - all of which are subjective. I wish the passenger flow was better, and have some thoughts about a couple of tweaks I'd like to see (stay tuned for our recap/review video where I'll discuss these). The good news for those who don't like her at all? They don't have to sail her 🤣

Just curious the difference between vegan and vegetarian

Vegans don't reat any animal products at all (no meat, dairy, eggs, gelatin, etc). Most vegetarians are 'lacto/ovo' vegetarians, so they don't eat meat, but will eat eggs and dairy.

Platinum and diamond..we mainly book boarding at 1 or 1:30 so not faster to the fun but we still have a tremendous wait when there is 1 line for faster to the fun, platinum and diamond….however the newbies have 7 lanes to get through the carryon security……why pay for faster to the fun when you will probably get through the line faster than all priority. Jmo

Agreed. I think priority boarding is, for the most part (there are exceptions depending on the line, port, etc) something that remains because it used to be a bigger benefit. With the streamlined check-in processes we see today it just doesn't make a big difference in many cases.
