I see this video is a bit old. Is this the same process for the Crusiemaster ATX Disc brake setup? Also, Since I am in the USA and have your awesome ATX suspension under my X195 Trailer (caravan), where can I find replacements (spare parts) over here?

Hello Kerran, good talking to you last week re lip on the entry to the seal surface that rolls up on a few XT hubs - also how to fix that. Re this video on checking/adjusting the wheel bearings. Two points. If the nut is tightened and the ideal place for it is in between two of the slots in the nut, I take off the nut and grind off a small amount from the inner face of the nut on a bench grinder. Then clean any grinding material off the nut with Brakeclean and refit the nut and see if it is now in the ideal position relative to the cross hole in the axle stub. Then a new split pin as per your recommendation. 2nd thing. The small piece you snipped off the split pin has another excellent quality, that of finding its way into and puncturing whatever tyre is lying around, almost a "magnetic" affinity for the tyre. Ask me how I learnt that. So I cut that snippet and allow it to fall in my hand. Re other info, over a period of time will go through the rest of Cruisemaster videos and learn/relearn what I may have forgotten. From retired mechanic, machinist and rule of thumb engineer. PS. From everything I have seen helping my neighbour in the maintenance of his Cruisemaster fitted van, the stuff you make is really good quality with excellent engineering.

Apologies for my (mechanical) ignorance, but are your bearings for the van any different from those of the towing vehicle? With other words: could spares be used for both car and van? Greetz from Europe, Sven

I see you have not filled the dust cap with grease. I gather this is not essential. Great videos thanks.
