You can book and go inside the Houses of Parliment. Its actually a really interesting tourist attraction and you can also book to go into the Kings House (i.e., Buckingham Palace). You also rode past Downing Street where Number 10 is located and the Prime Minister (which is why there was a bunch of tourists on the road to your left). Muito obrigado
