We lived in El Cajon in 1975 driving a 64 Ford Galaxie and a 1972 Toyota. Only stayed about a year then moved back where we came from. I wished we had stayed there! 1

I really enjoyed that little "trip" (Doors) down memory lane. I lived on Coral Street, near the Boy's Club, back in the early 1960's (post Olive Groves). Some years later I lived in Spring Valley and went to Monte Vista High School. Jan Newak and Melanie Avakian, if ya stop by...HI!!!. Sure thought about the two of you over the years. Thanks for posting this Video!

Lived in San Diego about a year before going back to Texas. Worked at the in n out there. Really did like El Cajon. Must have met the good people lol, I kind of see what people mean by ghetto as I got to know the area. But overall...I can say I honestly miss it.

When it really went downhill before the homeless encampments, traffic and dangerous distracted drivers. Sad to see how destroyed El cajon has become over the last 10 years.

Sure was a long ass song! I thought songs from the 1970's & 80's were short for air play.

El Cajon had one of the most amazing views of all the beautiful mountains but they built so many ugly tall buildings now you can't even see the mountains anymore. This city is wrecked.
