Cruising returns to National City after 30-year ban is temporarily lifted

On Friday, scores of lowrider vehicles and trucks made their way down a 1.5-mile stretch of Highland Avenue, marking a triumphant return for the first time since the city enacted its 1992 anti-cruising ban.

These low riders need to come to City heights, cruising down through the tower bar, fairmount ave through Crawford high school and Hoover, el cajon Blvd and all over the streets. My area needs entertainment like these folk with a show, It's just sucks how City heights doesn't get much entertaining like this.
