Just purchased the T574 and some of the big selling points for me was the mechanical injection and maintenance simplicity.

I'm a homesteader / prepper with a survivalist mindset, and like the Kukje engine for the same reasons you do. So far I really like my Ironcraft articulating offset flail mower. 🚜

I looked at that guy but ended up in a Mahindra 1640 cab model hst. As the dealership was 9 miles from my front door. Excellent choice and great purchase. Congrats.

Such a useful video and so sorry about the Del Marino mower, buddy! My 574 gets here in a few weeks and initially I spec’d out some implements, but I have a lot more research to do. I will say I’d like to see more videos of different implements being used on real projects like yours - the manufacturers just provide glossys about specs, etc. and it seems like they rely on social influencers to publish the use cases.

I think you did very well. TYM is one of the best value brands out there, with high hitch and loader capacities. They tend to have more useful features standard. The Kukje / TYM mechanically fuel injected engine is a plus as well.
@Bowmans-Woods2 ай бұрын
@@srsatlaf4730 Agreed. I did my research and TYM had a lot of pluses vs the competition.

It’s not normally aspirated. It’s a turbo charged engine. The T494 is naturally aspirated. And it’s not a Cummins. Cummins is a stand alone company. Kukje had a contract to build some engines for Cummins, but understand it’s not a Cummins.

read about the Kukje A2300 mech fuel inj engine, you bought the most simple modern tractor engine made. the least sensors and computers in the industry.

I like the simplicity of the TYM, but the 574 is not normally aspirated, it's turbocharged. It does have manual fuel injection, which I like for maintenance and simplicity.

@@mikereaves6911 Kukje Engine is the best for simplicity and longevity. Turbo is just a boost. Just don’t start it and then super rev the engine and it should work great.

Get a bush hog and a midmower instead of that flail mower. Bushhog are way more forgiving and can clear really thich stuff.
@Bowmans-Woods7 ай бұрын
Thanks. I have seen tons of flail mower reviews using hammer blades and they were supposed to be great for taking down brush. I think a better flail mower would have been perfect. Bush hogs hang far off the back of the tractor so it’s hard to work in smaller turn radius places.
