Since my first comment, I've learned the basics of both guitar and bass. Guitar has a steeper learning curve in the beginning, but practice makes perfect and in no time chords will be easy peezy. After that they are the same level of difficulty to play I would say. Just have fun with it, and put in the man hours. There's no such thing as talent. You can't become good without starting out really bad

I don't think they will be much more popular than they are. They're too good and not cookie cutter enough. The fact that they change time signatures from time to time would be too much for people to handle, which is a shame since they're one of the best bands around today.
