@@YardVentures Do what i do: Start aqua exercise. Best thing i ever did for myself. You lie face up in the water holding on to the railing with your arms and kick your legs. Stand with water to your neck and push the water around with your arms. Telling, you it softens and strengthens your joints and builds muscle. Also great for back pain, which is the main reason i do it.
