Oh my! That is what I go through to put my wife to bed! She is dying from MDS, a blood cancer, and moves a lot like Cindy. And at night I must fix her bed and I put an electric blanket on her because she is always cold. But throughout her night I wake her and give her medicine. We both have our most beloved ladies to take care of until they pass. God bless you Ruben!

Thank you both! I know that I was born to marry and take care of her. I was interested in epilepsy since I was a 6 years old child. At 30 I married my Barbara, who has uncontrolled epilepsy! But at 67 years old she was diagnosed with MDS. So she is getting weaker every month that goes by. I love her so much that it hurts! I’m going to take care of her no matter what happens. “In sickness and health“, I take that vow very seriously. Please keep us in your prayers, as we also keep Cindy and Ruben in our prayers.

Good thing most people don't see the world the way you see it. Have you even been outside of your city or state? Have you met any other people who are good and kind and loving people who do so much for their city and community? The people who adopt the babies who are disabled or any baby so the child won't be lost into foster care? From a mother who can't afford to take care of a baby? Have you met all the people who work tiredly volunteering their time to feed the homeless every day? The people who donate their time, clothes, shelter and money? Have you met the police officers who risk their life to save other people's lives? Have you met the firefighters who risk their lives to save people from a burning car or a burning house? Have you met the people who have rescued and saved abandoned animals to give them love and care and wake up all hours of the night to feed the animals who are sick or malnutritioned? Have you walked around nature to sew how beautiful our world is? I suggest you stop watching the news media and get off social media, they both can be too negative. If you ever notice, the last five minutes (or less) of the news on t.v., the newscaster always ends the news with a happy and upbeat and positive story so not to leave off with bad news. So we can forget the bad news we just saw. No one ever said the news station was that honest. The news media also can exaggerate, lie and emphasize the news just to get more viewers and more ratings and the news is like a bad gossip magazine. If you see the world so bad, then go out there and help to change it for the better instead of sitting in a room and complaining and seeing the world in a bad way. It's not at all. I know a lot of people who are under 30 from their parents who are friends and relatives. Not one of the young adult or teenager, sees the world in a negative way. But they also have part time jobs, go to school, college or a university. A few don't work but they don't see the world in a negative way. You saying this young man is a breath of fresh air, he's not the only adult his way who does good or great for others or for animals. Watch other videos of thousands of other people who do the same for animals and people. You'll be very surprised how great life is because those people get up and do things to make life better. Sadly, too many younger people have been brainwashed to think the world is awful, but not one goes out and does anything to help to make a difference for the better. I fear for my young niece's and nephew's future from the young adults or anyone under 40, will screw up this world even more. But they refuse to get off their lazy butt's to make a better world. I'm so glad my young loved ones are being raised with lots of love and a positive life.😊

It seems as if it is painful for her to walk, and also, the fact that she can't see makes it more difficult. She trusts you so much. Maybe get her a little trolley to pull her in, a baboon version of a wheelchair. However, it is important for her joints to move as well. Growing old is hard. That would probably mean a very quick decline. She needs to move until she can move. Once old people/primates stop moving altogether, it usually means the end gets that much closer. This would only make sense if she would have constant, debilitating pain, but if that was the case, Ruben and his mom would not allow that to happen.
