Water 3 tbsp
[Crispy Batter]:
All-Purpose Flour 150g
Cornstarch 50g
Mushroom Powder 1 tsp
Baking Soda 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
White Pepper Powder 1 tsp
[Batter Mixture]:
Crispy Batter to Water ratio is 1:1.5
