⬇️⬇️English recipe follows⬇️⬇️ 咁樣先係炸腰果 材料: 腰果1磅 新鮮米糠油300毫升 處理: 1. 腰果,清水加入粗鹽1湯匙,浸1小時以上,以清除污漬及加入鹹味。 2. 腰果,已浸水1小時,擎乾水,吹乾1至2小時。 烹調: 1. 在鑊中加入油300毫升。 2. 放腰果落鑊。 3. 腰果,用中慢火浸。 4. 油開始熱,水分慢慢蒸發。 5. 慢慢四面推腰果。 6. 油中的泡沫開始減少,腰果開始轉金黃色,轉大火炸1分鐘,繼續推腰果。 7. 腰果,轉了淡淡金黃色,熄火,即時擎乾油分。 8. 攤凍20分鐘。 9. 腰果放入細碗中,可享用。 The best way to deep fry cashew nuts Ingredients: Cashew nuts 1 lb Fresh rice bran oil 300ml Preparation: 1. Cashew nuts, have already been soaked in salty water for an hour, hang dry, blow dry for 1 to 2 hours. Steps: 1. Pour oil 300ml into wok. 2. Put cashew nuts into wok. 3. Soak the nuts in oil at medium~low flame. 4. Oil is started to be heated up, water evaporates slowly. 5. Push the nuts in wok back and forth. 6. Bubbles in oil starts to be reduced. Nuts starts to turn into golden yellow. Turn to high flame, deep fry for a minute. Continue to push the nuts back and forth. 7. Cashew nuts, colour has been turned into light golden yellow. Turn off fire. Hang dry the oil at once. 8. Wait for cooling down for 20 minutes. 9. Put the cashew nuts in a small bowl. Serve.
