Chole chaat
1 cup Kabuli China soaked
2 1/2 Cup water
1 Tsp Ginger paste
1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli Powder
1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
1 Tsp Salt
2 Tbsp Oil
Pinch of Ajwain/Carrom seeds
Add boiled Chana
1/2 Tsp Chilli Flakes
1/4 Tsp Black pepper Powder
1 Tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
Salt to taste
Black Salt
1 Tsp Magic Masala
1/2 Tsp Kashmiri Red chilli powder
1/4 Tsp Hing
1/2 Tsp Chole Masala
Coriander and mint leave Paste
3 Tbsp Bhura or grinded sugar
Chopped Ginger,Cabbage, cucumbers,thick curd,onions, tomatoes,green chilly, coriander leaves all Finely chopped
green coriander chuteny,. Boondi , lemon, tamarind water
Boiled potatoes
Meethi chutney
Dahi
