My dad loooooves when it’s blackened to a crisp, but I prefer it lightly caramelized. I find when it’s burnt, it tastes very ashy, but it’s just my opinion. We all have basically different tastebuds, I guess. 😂🤷🏼‍♀️

I used to try to perfectly toast my marshmallows to a beautiful golden brown- Then like 2 years ago I decided that was too much work and it's easier (and would satisfying my fire loving needs more) to just- set it on fire. Watch for a couple seconds, then blow it out.

I like my narshmallows burnt and completely gooey on the inside. Delish!!! Especially good for s’mores because I pick off the blackened parts, they come off in big chunks. So then your left with delicious warm and thoroughly melted marshmallow s’mores, and no bitter burnt bits
