I get the same pains with my IBS. Thankfully, I usually get can get relief, but lately I have been getting it EVERY SINGLE DAY. I talked to my ob/gyn because she is the one helping me lose weight and she said if it doesn't get better soon I'll need to go see someone.

So I had to back and let you know... Because Juneteenth was signed in as a national holiday on Thursday..my hubby gets my birthday off!! His company doesn't want to may time and a half plus holiday pay so yay!!!

My brother and his wife get hello fresh and love it. They also get blue apron but they don't really like that one as much. We live too far away from anything to have uber eats or door dash.

I remember being in a hotel room with my mom and she was on a new medicine which knocked her out cold and it made her snore so loud I thought a train was coming through lol..

Ooo that's loud snoring. I can usually push on my husband...nudge him etcetera and he will move and it helps his snoring. Though last night he was pretty loud too. Lol
