So answering that with multiple people "we" wouldnt make too much sense. If you listen to live performances its sounds more like "Seit ihr das Essen ?" which means "Are you the food?" adressing multiple people hence "we" makes sense. I think they got it wrong here, but german in anime generally makes you scratch your head as a german sometimes xD
