From a technical stand point, as an IT person who primarily knows and works with Windows. Its fairly garbage. The problem is, they've basically got a monopoly on the market. Linux based OS's are far superior in almost every way (And often free). But Microsoft has a tight grip in the entire field, so majority of software developers release their stuff exclusively for Windows. Windows is super buggy, performs like crap for completely unknown reasons at times, and even now, is putting ads in their OS while charging an assload. And soon, you won't be able to buy windows, you'll have to pay a subscription (This is something they are actually moving towards, no joke).

So... since pretty much EVERYONE must be curious...here is how I assume the story continues: Tied up kun sees his chance, and tries to stop senpai kun. His hands are tied, so he can only tackle. However, while crashing his body into senpai kun, the EXTRA STICKY TAPE is dropped, and both become entangled. After that, I assume that it is a mixed of 'trapped in a room' genre, mixed with the close proximity of a game of twister gone wrong/really, really right.
