I think the joke is that there are always the friends (girls) who have a really nice friendship together, and have lots in common. At my school, I know one of them. THATS why I think that it’s implying that every dimension has a friend group like that. Also, those girls don’t act like regular girls. They like to stay out of the drama and trends. I don't think that it tells you nothing at all. I think they are trying to make a pretty poignant statement about the absurdity of anime and how entrenched kawaii culture has become in Japanese society. That's why you see all the imagery with the girls being made into all kinds of products and basically being formed by a factory or some kind of machine-like process, over and over again, in different forms but still with the same cute face slapped on it. It's about the commercialization and homogenization of art. At least that is what I see.

One parodies and makes fun of the genre while simultaneously exploiting it to the max and the others theme overwhelms any stereotype the viewer might have built up in their head through its pure brutality.
