Trust me. The dude is a whole lot faster than this. Spoiler: There's a .1 second delay between the brain relaying an order and the body acting that order out. Example: throwing a punch or a kick. Mash is faster than that delay through pure raw physical speed.

When Mash pulls off physical feats like that it just makes lean more and more toward my theory. Mash has Mana, but he can't use magic because he has doesn't have an outlet for it (the mark or "crack" on other's faces) so instead the mana enhances his bodies' strength and durability.
