Yes there is Bxh7 and capture the rook on d8

I guess you are talking about this part at 13:32. Nop. After you play Rd8, pin, if White plays Bxh7+ you can just take back with the King, and after Qxd8 you take White's rook on a1 (Qxa1). See that the Eval bar is still in Black's favor even after playing Rd8.
