Jimin and Jhope are the best dancers in kpop. They both can dance various genres of music and Jhope is the dance leader for a reason, he is amazing at his craft and takes it seriously. Some ppl also try to undermine Jimin and try to chisel him down to JUST contemporary but he has also been doing popping, krumping and so much more since he was younger. Those two are just so awesome

Hobi and Jimin were dancers before BTS. J-Hope comes from a more street dance background for about a decade, which is kinda obvious when watching him. Jimin studied a variety of dance styles which is obvious in his dance moves as well.

Both j hope and Jimin have a dancing background, but jhope has 10years of street dancing and Jimin has some years of contemporary. Contemporary isn’t really BTS style of dancing, but they do have a mix of genres and jhope is best known for dancing to multiple genres, that’s why he’s the dance leader. Jimin and Jhope are both talented dancers, but jhope is like the dance teachers and sometimes he creates choreography and sometimes he helps the other members when they struggle💜💜💜

@@LSN- First of all, I’m OT7. I love all members equally and don’t have a bias and I give respect and credit when given. I didn’t say Jimin was only a contemporary dancer, I said his style is more contemporary because he was a contemporary dancer, so don’t come for me if you ain’t read right. Second, when I said jhope is known for dancing to different genres I mean his street dancing and the different genres BTS has because he does create some of the choreography and he does help the other members with the dancing. Third, I said that Jimin has been dancing for some years, I don’t know how many which is why I didn’t say an exact number. Fourth, true he can do different styles of dance and I never said that he couldn’t, I said that he major style is contemporary and BTS isn’t a contemporary group, so it’s not like that have contemporary choreography all the time. Fifth, I’m not comparing Jimin and Jhope, I said they’re both very talented dancers and I love them both equally and I will fight for them, the only thing I said was that jhope was the dance leader and that he was the teacher because he would help teach the other members the choreography and help run through it more than once. I would never in my life compare those two and I know people do it, but what your not going to do is say that I’m discrediting Jimin when I’m not. True Jimin contributes with choreography also, but jhope is the main that everyone is going to for help sometimes. Don’t sit there and saying anything to me about what I’m saying about the members I was trying to be negative because I wasn’t. I love those men wayyyy too much for you to try to say I was discrediting them. You was so quick to reply to my comment when obviously you look ridiculous for trying to say I’m not giving Jimin his credit. Like I said I would never compare those two and I’m not comparing those two in my comments, so please don’t say I’m discrediting him, if I was I wouldn’t say anything at all because I don’t think that way of Jimin. Jimin is the sweetest most talented dancer and I give him his credit and his respect. Don’t try act like I’m a bad army and think that I don’t have my information, because if I didn’t I wouldn’t have said anything. I’ve been an army of BTS for 7 years now, so don’t. Thank you

I love him way too much and I know I might sound like a really girly fan, but Jimin is just to sweet, caring, loving, and selfless so how can I hate that man. I promise I would never ever hate on BTS or any Kpop group period, because I promise if I didn’t like them I would talk, mention, or even watch them. I watch BTS on a daily basis sometimes, so trust me when I say this, from the bottom of my heart, I promise I’m not and I would never hate on Jimin or any of the BTS members.

JHOPE talent for dancing is incredible: he first started as a dancer in underground battles before being trained at the Joy Dance Academy. He masters most genres and choreographies, and has a very advanced technique. J-Hope's four main styles are Freestyle Popping, Locking, Krumping, and Contemporary Dance, although he has previously said he has a preference for the former. Popping is an extremely difficult genre of dance, as it requires full body and muscle control. Few can master it to the level of J-Hope .

Ok, some people seem to be confused or lost some information down the way, which is understandable considering there is so much to learn about each of the boys. But both Jimin and J-hope have extensive years and experience in dance. I feel like people get so lost on the idea of Jimin in the style of Contemporary dance, that they completely forget that he also battled in dance with Popping. J-Hope was in a well-known dance group that compete with fellow groups. Jimin was a solo dancer, that further went off into a school meant for performing arts being the top of his glass in Contemporary. Because of this continuous study, he's spoken about not being as comfortable as he had been in Hip Hop. BigHit paired both J-Hope and Jimin together as main dancers. They glue so well together. You see it in the way they can automatically fall into dance with each other. J-Hope can literally jump into a dance, and Jimin with follow him to hit for hit, getting in sync with him. You can see it in some of their Run BTS, where they aren't even being serious and somehow fall into dance, Bangtan Bombs, and so on. You will always see the two of them leading the choreo in music videos. They are always in the front at the side of JK or whomever ends up in the middle. They have such grand talent, and feed off one another so well.

It's comforting to watch Hobi dance, and there doesn't seem to be any need for extra words to emphasize how many types of dances he knows; or how long he's been learning. We just have to enjoy Hobi's dancing talent! And imagine if it wasn't for Hobi to lead the members to dance? Jhope is Officially BTSs Dance Leader. Thats already enough said about that. All the members are good dancers but Jhope has trained in so many different styles, had more experience and is just over all more well rounded as a dancer than the rest of them. The members themselves have said that Jhope was named as their dance leader, because he has the right to be called that. Then there are people who stan members individually and would they their bias is the "best" dancer, but thats more based on prefrence and bias. I think they all have their strong points as dancers/performers.
