It seems like some of these places have no rhyme or reason to what they want crushed. They had you crush complete vehicles while smashed and partial chassis sit in grass rotting.

It seems that way but think about what people are fixing. No one is fixing a 20 year old jaguar. They don’t make old fords anymore and lots of guys working on em.

What's sad, is a lot of those vehicles in that yard are worth fixing up and putting back on the road. There are some in there that are in mint condition, body wise. I was expecting to see a lot of junk in there, but instead seen a lot of nicer newer model vehicles worth saving.

My bad.. sorry about that. There is actually a method to it. Some folks clap with on hand still smacking it with the other. Some folks clap flat handed both hands colliding together. Well I cup my hands a little and that produces the louder of the 3. By the way even my kids hate when I clap 👏 so loud 🤣🤠👍 you know I ain't no tip toe kind of guy🤣🤣

In the United States, vehicles even seem to be disposable, vehicles for whatever reasons go to the dismantling and press this to imply that there are no second-class drivers, thankfully it is well recycled, turning into other vehicles or etc....'

@ 10;24 of video you said Jaguar behind the bush, a Ford Taurus made to look like a Jaguar with the Ford Duratec motor that snaps cam cap bolts at odd intervals. The result is always the same, not worth fixing. I tell people with this problem that a salvage yard replacement still has the same cam bolt designed to fail!

Converters are removed. Sometimes the motor and transmission is removed.
