Thanks to Lillbacka Powerco for inviting us to play with their Finn-Power crimping machines. They worked really well even on these quite demanding and different crimping applications. Check their machines at powerco.lillbacka.com And about the decision to publish this on this channel and not the Hydraulic press channel. I think this suits both of our channels but this channel deserves bit more attention and subscribers so I decide to run these videos here. I am quite sure that this can get even more views on this channel since there isn't million inactive subscribers holding video down on eyes of youtube algorithm. On HPC you need really good video to break one million views and with channel it's really easy.

Hmmm, SO maybe if wedges were cut out of the paper roll and the cut areas aligned with the space between the pressing you might get the explosion in one shot. I can't help but wonder if it will be VERY violent. Or maybe try pressing the paper a little bit at time, each time rotating it so the 'dies' (dice) have a chance to press all the way around without forming gear teeth... although maybe the resulting 'kneading' action might break too many fibers loose for an explosion....
