Thier mmr doesn’t stay at 1300….. they aren’t down there for long. They end at like 2.2 mmr fighting full geared players. They also drop rating a bunch which means they are giving free wins to other groups. It all balances out really.

I love Xaryu and Mitch, but wow can their fanbases operate like hiveminds. Enjoyed watching the game against them though! It highlights a broader concern where a lot of streamers will think that any counter comp is a stream snipe. I've had my own run in with being accused of it when someone who I considered a "friend" at the time started talking smack about myself for like 20-30 minutes after the match and calling my friend and I a slew of names on stream. Also, to their defense (although it's completely wrong they auto accused you and tried to get you to admit it in Discord), I've seen a few group listings in LFG of people specifically trying to snipe them by making a counter comp around their MMR. It's why I wouldn't be surprised they were suspicious at first, but again, it's still really wrong to auto assume stream sniping.

Well sometimes it just lands that way. I'm a very inexperienced arena player but my partner and I reached 1600 but all 3 matches that were at the 1593 mark to get me there were carrys by super geared players. Was I mad ? Was it odd ? Lol yeah but we stayed the course and got it. We looked at it as experience and it made us play better and to see where opportunities were missed. For Mitch and Xar I understand they trying to create content so yeah I'm sure it was tilting to get matched up that way but sometimes those matched up happen. Still funny.

What people really don't know about the wrath meta is that even on servers like warmane and stuff the meta always changes and for almost a decade the meta was 284 pally warrior or full like 1200 haste wiz cleave but the amount of people who will even have access to that gear is VERY small.
