Garrett’s fold against nick with the nut flush is nuts. It’s actually incredible how good this dude is.

his brain is like a computer of past hands. its like he can recall how his opponents played all their hands in similar spots and use it all against them. hes one of the most exploitive players Ive ever seen.
@jrhenry243 жыл бұрын
He had to have picked up a live tell or knows he has never raised the river without a boat in that situation in his life at those stakes. His overall game is unreal. I think its more from consistently making these fairly easy decisions and rarely making terrible ones. Most of these guys when I watch I feel like give off some physical tells. Guy with glasses was breathing out of his chest on one hand. But he looks the same on every hand. His demeanor never changes unless he is on the river determining whether to call or fold. His most impressive play was getting the opponent to lay down trip kings.
@jabreaks37823 жыл бұрын
@@jrhenry24 I disagree. Everybody knows Nick is the tightest guy at the table. The fact that he comfortably barreled twice into multiple opponents on a board with no straights or flushes makes it obvious. If you don’t make that fold you’re not paying enough attention.

@jordansadler86083 жыл бұрын
They're not playing 100-200 BB's deep, they're playing 900 bb's deep. If you manage to get your 900 BB's in with bottom set, you're beat, plain and simple. It's not like it's a wet board on the flop, yes Andy can have stuff like QJ spades but we want to keep those hands in and keep them bluffing which if we reraise we don't. And if they call that reraise then IMO you're more likely beat than ahead. Turn bet is massive, again, raise here and you get called you're more often beat than good. On the river, the only hand you beat that maybe calls a raise is AK but even some of Andy's bluffs like QJ spades get there so there's no point, you're more likely value raising yourself. He played the hand basically perfect imo.
