The Asian guy didn't listen and just ranted on and on, anyone would have hung up, even his boss. He told him all he could do for him so there wasn't anything else to talk about. The person calling would just be taking up their time. No fault of the employee. It's a prank call so what do you expect them to do, Just listen to the none stop ranting's of a customer who does not listen to reason?

Im from England and when i listen to some of these calls i find the way their speak to him is very rude and out of order when they start saying WHAT ELSE CAN I DO FOR YOU and your trying to talk them about your problem and they just keep saying What else can i do for you. iv'e heard that in a lot of calls and when you ask them why their been rude they turn it all around on you its passive aggressive and its wrong.
