I don't understand the point. In Anatolia, one would find the overwhelming genetics of local Anatolians, however the culture is Turkic. In Greece, the genetics points to a lot of local people, North African, Anatolian, CHG etc. and some Indo-European overlay. Palestinian genetics is local, but the culture is not Western Semitic, it is Arabic, unlike say Lebanon and coastal Syria.
