VEHICLE MESSAGES (Mid Level - Display)
Driver Information Center (DIC) messages display when the status of the vehicle has changed and action may be needed to correct the condition. Multiple messages appear one after another.
Messages are given via the DRIVER INFORMATION CENTER (DIC). The info display or as warning and signal buzzers. Confirm warning messages with the multifunction knob. If necessary seek this assistance of a certified technician / workshop.
The vehicle messages are displayed as code numbers.
Code 02 - No remote control detected, depress clutch pedal for a restart
Code 05 - Steering column is locked
Code 25 - Left front turn indicator failure
Code 26 - Left rear turn indicator failure
Code 27 - Right front turn indicator failure
Code 28 - Right rear turn indicator failure
Code 35 - Replace battery in remote control
Code 48 - Clean side blind spot alert system
Code 54 - Water in diesel fuel filter
Code 65 - Theft Attempted
Code 67 - Service steering column lock
Code 75 - Service air conditioner
Code 76 - Service side blind spot alert system
Code 79 - Engine oil low, add oil
Code 81 - Service transmission
Code 82 - Change engine oil soon
Code 84 - Engine power is reduced
Code 89 - Service Vehicle soon
Code 91 - No remote detected, change location of electronic key or use the socket located in the center console
Code 92 - No remote detected, press brake to restart
Coee 94 - Shift to park
Code 95 - Service airbag
Code 134 - Park assist fault, Check /clean bumber
Code 136 - Service park assist

@@mori___9 mine was fixed it was about the thermostat issue, i have replace it with a new one it was fixed the error code but another problem occur to me, pressure is building up, the coolant doesn't flow properly and we ended up customizing the thermostat and we bypass the heater and now it was working perfectly fine so far.

Sometimes after oil change we need to reset oil life. Try to IGN ON engine off. Press accelerator pedal 3x and turn iGN OFF

Better to chk using computer code especially related to park assist it set trouble code. Maybe your park assist is block , damage , bump or broken

Chk the fuel quality maybe you fill diesel fuel with water or you go flood. Better to pull down fuel tank. Replace fuel filter and fuel for critical replace fuel pump.

Good day. Thank you for feedback. Code 35 means the battery of you REMOTE KEY that one you need to replace new. You can buy it in dealership and try to replace by yourself if you want.

So, for Chevy Cruze, code 89 means "service vehicle soon" ? Are you sure my friend ? And, If so, what is the procedure for deleting it from the control screen?

You can’t delete it unless it solve the problem. You need to check especially the cooling system and lubrication system. Or if you can go to service center and check DTC using scanner tool.

Hi, i have a Chevy Cruze 2014 model, there is this service light keep flashing with code 84 when am expecting a turbo to kick in, partially turbo opens up but not Fully I feel, top end power has been reduced. Scanned it for the faults and it said Maas airflow sensor issue so bought a new one and installed but still the same issue. Please suggest.

Check for fob key battery. How can you check fob key battery without tools? just put the fob key in console box socket in key hole if the car start your fob key battery need to replace. For more tip just reply and I’ll reply too for your concern

How about you try to insert the key in the key slot in console?? F you insert the key you can start your car manually. Without remote. And if yiur key fob is not good condition you need to replace it with new and perform programing after replacemnt but you need to send it in dealership to perform programing of key fob

It’s there any engine light on in dashboard or Ipc? It indicate that engine power reduced. Sometimeswe need to chk it using scanner to check if there’s any trouble code registered in ECM.

Thank you for watching and feedback. To solve code 79 top up engine oil. First check your oil dipstick. Check oil level if in minimum top up engine oil and (check for oil leaking in engine compartment if you found to much oil drop you need to check at service dealer shop). if it is at maximum level you need to check oil sensor level maybe malfunction also I refer it to check at service dealer. But first thing to do is to top up only
