I made a full bar, and that was Pluto. I guess Uranus will be one bar lower than Neptune, since Uranus is the planet number seven and Neptune is number eight.

Well Neil did say it was procedurally generated. I had a file saved right at that point so I played through it multiple times: If you hit it at full bars you get Pluto. If you miss by one bar it's Neptune. If you miss by two bars it's Jupiter. And if you miss by three or more the hookshot doesn't work and you have to try again.

comment contains spoiler!! idk if anyone noticed but at 29:35 you can see the colors of the scene change from the cold, blue tones to the warm, vibrant colors that Eva and Neil associated with Collin's memories of Faye (remember in the younger memories - when they were going to rehearse - Eva and Neil found it odd that Collin's younger memories were more vibrant). I thought it symbolized Collin finally letting go of Faye at that moment, seeing his son and realizing that real life and the present are enjoyable if you actually pay attention to it instead of daydreaming. Kan Gao really thought of everything down to the colors, fucking genius

Ok just a wild theory, I think that him not ending up with Faye is Colin's biggest regret and possibly the center of this spiral. However, he asked them not to completely turn his memories upside down and only change little things so that he could die kind of with the life he lived but without regrets. But since him being with Faye would be a huge change, they can't do both. I don't know the story so pls no spoilers pls thx god bless

I feel like this game has more to do with dementia, like how To The Moon was about Asberger's or general autism. It makes sense when you think of the gaps in memory, as well as how in this game, sometimes the edges of the environment are literally fuzzy, sometimes encroaching on the space itself.
