In the medical offices, the first machine you asked about is a centrifuge for spinning blood sample tubes to separate red blood cells. The metal appliance that you were afraid to open is an autoclave for super- heating and sterilizing medical instruments such as the forceps, etc.

I have a quick question! In the green room with the white French sofa that has the rolled arms, up against the bookcase, it was covered in dishes and other items the first time you came but clean the last time you were there. Is there a reason you didn’t point that out? Clearly someone was in there cleaning and removing items. That isn’t something a squatter would normally do. There is also a very creepy lack of dust through out most of the house. You would expect a lot of the Medical equipment in the office to have accumulated a heavy layer of dust over the years. There was no signs that you showed of any earthly squatters living in the upstairs level. Which makes this an even creepier video! I just found your page and have to say this house was a great find. Please stay safe!

15:17 The sofa is American from the Federal period around 1825 and quite expensive. Many beautiful antiques in this home I hope some of these were salvaged. 17:51 the grandfather of the original owner you can see the resemblance. Shame this home was not restored an easy restoration and such a beautiful home with an expensive metal roof. I had to restore subfloors on a large mansion from 1825 start build and completed in 1840 in order to make it livable, and it was well worth the effort in pristine condition.

I had an abusive girlfriend who when she left she took most things out of my house, I didn't care, I just wanted her GONE. (I live in a pretty large home.) Anyhow she left all of her treasured family photos of her kids, her mother, her beloved deceased father. She IDOLIZED them. Of course she had kids and grandkids and I was very much involved in their lives, we were together 10 years. even though she was horrible to me and my son, we carefuuly packed up all over pictures, baby clothes from her kids, and her, stuff from her mothers purse, family bibles... there were like 4 TIGHTLY packed boxes. (Before we packed it there was a lot more but we carefully condensed it.) I let her kids know AND HER, to send $70 for UPS and I would send them and they all said.... F U. I responded 3 times over 8 months and each time said "I'm not keeping them forever, and for the point of it, I am NOT paying the $70 to send you your great grandparents memorabilia, phoots, etc. etc. tresured LETTERS written during the war back and forth." In the end they send F.U. So I threw them all away. I didn't care that she took most of my property, I can replace it, but being greedy she couldn't afford $70 or forgot the only 4 boxes that mattered. Go figure.

Did you check the history of the house? Do you live nearby? Someone at the old diner or Tavern must know the story! All those bullets though..... that concerns me, especially the ones on the floor. I don't think squatters are living there imho but anything is possible. Houses and land hold onto negative energy, especially untimely or violent deaths. Spirits get trapped or lost and end up staying where they died because in many cases they don't know they are dead. I It looks like they did a lot of labour and delivery and an urgie care for minor emergencies and procedures, so I'm sure there had to have been many deaths, pain, suffering etc, especially babies and mothers. Not everyone will agree but just speaking from a lifetime of unpleasant experiences, for the most part. I lived in a beautiful old brick farm house as a child that was 150 years old and we had a baby ghost who cried every summer. We found out that a baby girl was born there in the 50s who was born in the summer but was very sick and suffered terribly, she died a few months later, hence the screaming only in the summer. And her name was Rosemary of course!! lol The crazy part was after our home burned to the ground, you could still hear her crying on the property. My dog used go insane and always ran to the same spot upstairs.....where the crib must have been, searching for the baby!! So my guess is there are no people, just harmless echoes from the past. The style of the furniture is mainly Victorian. I can't understand why anyone would just leave everything behind, the furniture, clothing, medical equipment, antique fine china etc.... probably worth hundreds of thousands of dollars. But it's the pictures, framed diplomas, keep sakes etc that break my heart, having lost everything in a fire, I just can't imagine leaving everything behind, pictures to me are like rare gems you can never replace. I would love to know what happened, maybe a tragedy and no one wanted to live there, a suicide or murder etc maybe. I can't fathom that there was no one to leave that to in their will. They could have auctioned everything off and sold it. Those appliances look like the 70s. That brown was awful!! lol But the house must have been lovely. It looks to be from the same era as a home I lived at in upstate New York, early to mid 1800s that was in fact, VERY haunted and everyone in town knew it but no one more than I !!!! It makes me so sad to know it was once teaming with life. It was once someone's prized castle they were so proud of and a mini little hospital that cared for the people of the area for many decades. And to just be abandoned and left to rot. As if they left with the clothes on their backs and never went back. I did that once, in that old creepy house in upstate NY. In a mad panic, packed a small suitcase, grabbed my pet carriers and literally ran out of that gateway to hell house in sheer terror. It was bad so I could understand that part but why not send someone to pack it up and then sell it??? I get invested in the story and want to know how, who, when and why it all went wrong and deteriorated to that point. Why not sell it?? Why not pack?? Sell the expensive equipment, even rich people don't like throwing money away. If you find anything out, I'd love to know. I am sensitive to certain things, I feel deep sorrow there. It's like the world ended one day there, the clocks stopped and life as they knew it, stopped. Maybe the father was not so nice and his kids wanted nothing to do with him or the house but I strongly feel it was sudden and tragic. And I could be babbling about BS and have it all wrong!! Who knows!!??? Someone does.... neighbours, town records, old news papers, the town gossip!! He was a doctor so everyone knew him and would know of any scandals or tragedies. It would be interesting to do a little probing to solve the mystery. If not for you..... do it for a stranger on the internet who is dying to know!! lol

Some of it looks staged to me. Also its so disappointing when you watch these videos especially one like this one with so much mystery and they dont try to get information on the places to give some ideal of what went on or sbout the people that lived there. With the owner being a doctor it looks likr it would have been easy to look up info . This is the first time i have watched in a long time. Just got discouraged from watching them because you are left high and dry at least just wanting at least a little info on the place.

I thought late 60s to early 70s as my parents house had sokol similar stuff from 1964. We had formica counter tops like in this mansion and we had linoleum floors similar to the ones in this video but we had a pull out electric stove. That was modern then some it could be tucked away out of the way when not in use.

I think the first time he walked through (a quick visit), there was stuff on the floor everywhere!! Like the room with the TV, old radio, huge bookcase, the floor was littered with stuff. And both of the wolf rugs were gone. It almost looked like someone had come in and tried to finish packing things up and organizing things a little. Kind of like staging a house before you sell it. The book Little Women laying open on the chair as if someone laid it down and they were coming right back. The pipes laid out neatly, the lab coat with the stethoscope and pipe. Drs glasses on the metal tray next to the instruments. Just lots of touches. And the one bedroom looking so perfect. I can imagine life in that home with the 3 children running through it, going to dances when they were older and getting married. Beautiful home!

I would have called authorities, because if it was a real, living baby, it is no place for a baby and who knows if the adults were the parents or stole the baby for evil intent. If there were other adults, it would be safer to leave, get in and lock your car right away and call authorities. 911 should hopefully be able to be reached if there is cell reception, and since the calendar in 2013 there should be a cell tower within reception with the medical office. Seeing bullets on the counter or desk would scare me. I would definitely want to know more details on why this medical business home was abandoned, if anyone can provide it. So sad and very creepy. You really need to have at least on other person with you at all times while exploring for safety reasons. Please be safe and thank you for sharing this video.

I suspect squatters lived in the house and trashed it. Maybe the family couldn't retrieve any family heirlooms due to the house, possibly even land, held in probate. Just my assumption on that. I do hear what I thought was a baby crying upstairs, but it's difficult to determine since there's a lot of exterior noises too. I'd just about have to had toured the house myself to get an impression of its past. It could have been a beautiful home if someone restored it.

I only subscribe to those who give a place back it's history, life, and dignity. So, I am liking, subscribing, and saving this video. And I wanted to say thank you for doing this the right way. In the first part of the video that sofa had stuff piled on it. When you came back the sofa was cleared and the pillows arranged neatly. The place is obviously in a wooded area and they were obviously hunters. As far as the wolf rugs, hungry wolves will come right up and eat your dogs and cats in a heartbeat. I also heard that baby in the first part. I don't blame you for getting out of there especially with all those bullets laying around. Who ever was upstairs may have had a gun to go with all the shells.

I think the voices/baby crying & footsteps were from spirits. If homeless were there, everything breakable would be broken, the booze would be drunk(with bottles everywhere), and that bed would be slept in. If you had the right audio software, you might be able to hear their voices the 2nd time you went back.😊 Great video!👍 I get the feeling that the owners were deceased, and the relatives probably were not interested in whatever was left in the house....which some of it was worth a LOT of $$$...the China, there's probably silver, the furniture, old medical equipment & books, etc.

0:29 a Conservatory very commonly found in beautiful Victorian homes. The records may indicate 1930's, but this (is) a Victorian home obvious by the architecture. I have a home listed in the records as 1930 when it was sold outside the family, but it dates to 1825 and completed in 1840 belonging to the first mayor of his community. On another note, if the land were more valuable than the mansion, than this is usually why the mansion would be torn down to build multiple cookie cutter homes.....sad.

Thats a real find. A fully operational clinic. With xray facility and all. Surprising there are still drugs on the shelves tho I'm sure its mostly minor pain relief etc. Thats how they used to be years ago. One stop facility. It sad nobody would want to keep that place up for the historic value. There is so much there. The baby heard is likely squatters. Not likely to be dangerous, but better to be safe. It's like people are disappearing and no one ever questions what happens to them. I see homes for sale all over the place that are empty. Unless these homes are repos, how can people afford to move without selling their home first? Call me a conspiracy theorist but more and more strange things are happening all over the world that cannot be explained. I'm also confused as to how long these homes and properties sit vacant when many folks would be willing to fix them up and gladly take care of the land but they rot and all history is destroyed. It's truly sad to me.

This stuff gets tied up in estates if someone ends up in a nursing home. This happened here, they put a new roof on a house painted it looked all nice. Then went abandoned around 2009. You figured it was the recession but it was some old lady who was an antique dealer and she ended up in a nursing home. She didn’t pass away until last year so they didn’t do the estate sale until 2019. Everything inside was essentially as it was left from 2009 albeit with a new roof it was all in perfect condition inside.

(I always think I would try and follow the One Rule being an honest man but my God man would that potential haul have ever tempted me to the dark side of the force!) If there were homeless people squatting that liquor would have been straight up killed. There were absolutely no signs of any kinds of makeshift living arrangements. You can almost always tell if someone has been living of 'squatting' in an abandoned location because there will be empty food boxes/wrappers/packaging everywhere in the room where they stay. I agree. Houses in my area look like they should be demolished... But, flippers buy them, fix them up, and sell for too much! This house has good structure,. It is pretty big. It could be sectioned into smaller living areas. The "stuff" could be decorations and useable art.

I agree. And the noise crap was just bs. Just his friend up there opening doors, walking around and making noises. Don't believe anything you see, read or hear on YT. Just like the fake prank channels.

Bathroom inside of a closet is what us "high stress job" people REQUIRE! Relaxation. Stress reduction. All via quiet, enclosed space, and a tub ❤️

I Googled this and some other possible explanations are a dog bath and a water closet.

This is, so far, my favorite video of this kind. I guess, being medical, I was intrigued by everything that was there in the clinic. I absolutely loved the bed and I also did hear the growl.
