Cryo-EM17 lecture 09: Tomography - John Briggs

John Briggs' group is studying the structure and the molecular assembly mechanisms of enveloped viruses such as HIV and influenza virus, and of cellular trafficking vesicles including clathrin and COPI-coated vesicles, as well as developing and applying new approaches for cryo-electron tomography, cryo-fluorescence microscopy, and image processing.
