These procedures are quite well tolerated despite sounding scary. Thankfully, they save lives - the number one female cancer-killer in third world countries is cervix cancer, yet thanks to these procedures, it rarely happens in the U.S. for women who get regular pap smears.

@@doc2dr2women most forms of HPV do not cause cancer. Cervical changes THAT WERE NOT CANCER caused "doctors2women" to completely destroy my ability to hold a pregnancy. As I cried in the hospital the doctor asked "Why are you crying? You didn't have cancer?"

"generally speaking" the man says, if you have cell changes youll want to have one of their repertoire of procedures. It causes a LITTLE BIT of cramping, but you'll wanna go out to lunch afterwards 😡
