Crypt Crawler Playthrough: Elf Warrior!

You know, an idea that might work for a future expansion for this is a new class of monsters based on adventurous that went mad after running out of oil. Throw in a few new location cards that has a random mad adventures encounter and make them like mid bosses with unique loot.

I like this idea. I might be able to do something with this with the base game. I'll have to try when my copy shows up. Just have to figure out what to use as a trigger for the encounter. My first thought is to mark what floor the character went mad on, and then if you get the "ambush" event on that floor you fight them instead of rolling. Should be able to just use their race card and and whatever equipment they had for combat, which you can set aside before starting the follow up run. If you defeat them, you can take any equipment they had. How much XP/soul fragments would they be worth though?

Got the game today; was really having a banner day already when USPS, in their infinite wisdom, decided to mishandle the package and deliver it/the playmat to me damaged. Already sent messages to both them and to the Game Crafter.

@Game-Knight It's like, portions of the large dark area above the level indicator have had the black coloring kind of scraped away, and so are white/grayish now - so not as bad as it could be; more like, the principle of the thing.
