They lock up your coins so they can lend them to institutional investors so they can manipulate the price by leveraging coins they don't own. That's why they offer you an APY on a time limit. For example, if they know you locked up 1 BTC for 3 months, they can lend out that BTC before they have to have it back again if you want to sell it. It's the same thing as naked shorting in the stock market.

I agree completely. I do not mind the 3 month lock up , but granted i only put n a portion of my long term holding. If there was not a 3 month lock up I would put more in. For me the biggest con is no limit orders. they should add limit order for buyers and sellers.

Depending on what is currently in recharge can be worth it or not, last one was SHIB and I dont like that one at all, got lots of tokens (201590 SHIB) but value is very low. My total rewards so far has been only 1.50 pounds, As ive been adding the cro I get from cashback to it to get something out of it.

@@adelaidedacunha5172 You rewards are calculated on both the amount CRO you charge in and the time you let it in. Not on the token's value. If you don't really use some cro, coming from the cashback for example, you don't have enough to stake it or swap it for a stable to stake, It cost nothing to place it in the supercharger. You take no risk since you can get it back when you want. Naturally, for good amount tokens farmed, you have to put a lot of cro and all the charging perdio to get better results.

If you are looking to invest and capitalize off of interest, three mnonths is nothing. You have the option of spending or staking your weekly earnings. It is worth the 10-14% you can get on USDC and other coins.

Depending on your bank it could take 1-5 days. Typically it is 1-2, but some banks it will be 3-5.

As soon as you open the app, click on trade button (under your balance at the top) then an option to BUY or SELL comes up. Select sell, then choose whichever token you have. Once you do this another page will come up, at the top of the new page you should see ‘Fiat Wallet’. Press on FIAT WALLET then you can sell however much you can to your fiat wallet and follow the steps. If you don’t see the transfer immediately in your fiat wallet, close and reopen the app. Hope this helps you out!

@@firstalex5049 All of the exchanges have 'spreads' between the market (depending on where you're looking) and what you actually pay when you click 'buy'. BlockFi is outrageous too. I just send it to Kracken, place a limit order, pay the respectable fee, and then send it back to BlockFi for hodl and interest. That is the simplest way I could come up with because I've tried day trading stocks, currencies and had my ass handed to me. KISOM... 'keep it simple old man'
