I think there is no fee to top up via credit card the first month only. After that it’s like 3%, so better to send money to your fiat wallet with a bank transfer.

The virtual carsd are available in EU as far as I know. The actual visa card might take months. Depends on where you live.

I think the Pin is needed for the Online purchases. I use it on terminals without pin most of the times.

Yes I can, but it is the very same thing as using a visa card. You can see the details of the card from the app or when you receive it.
