Scrabble letters form "Hear a Sirens Call", "Share a Secret Name", The letters don't appear to be a cipher, however. running it through an AI cipher analysis does suggest "Saint Leonard, Shire in Dorsean" or possibly "Saint Leonard in Ashire Dorne", further analysis suggests the phrase "near shore sand". Given the other contextual clues of the mystery box, it could be pointing to the location of a missing person, especially with the "sleep with the fishes" bag. The tow locations could indicate where the missing person started and the second coordinates may indicate where they are, or possibly two different missing persons.

One of the items is a Elf on a Shelf, the container that smelt bad had coagulated blood in it which is why it smelt bad. The coordinates of the missing person is creepy though. One of the items might be for sharpening knives.

I know these vids are 100% fake - because there’s NO WAY any logical human would ever advertise to give away ANY items potentially linked to crimes (even if they seem innocent). I think, as someone who enjoys solving puzzles like this, maybe putting any scrabble pieces, letters or any clues that are obvious that go together could be put into a separate pile then at the end of the video maybe show all the pieces for people who like solving puzzles to work out what they say...I'm finding it a little hard to work out how they fit together if they aren't all together in one place but I love watching your videos though 😊
