00:28:28 it's a bug detector. You turn it on and it detects radio frequencies and EM frequencies which are highlighted through the viewing port. More than likely there is an RF transmitter in the box, or it's picking up interference from your phone.

The detector is used to find hidden cameras and also to find GPS signals. You look through the lense to find pin fire lights and any undetectable lights that are to blinding on secret cameras to detect with human eyes. They use these to sweep cars on random Nautica videos when they were being stalked and found GPS trackers on there cars as they were also being vandalized often. Everything else you said was true.

FYI not all hand sanitizers are a gel type of substance. There are many types that are a liquid, this one kinda looked like aftershave with its odd color, but hand sanitizers can be a regular liquid. But I do applaud him for not using it lol.

But when you look at the base ingredients of the sanitizer the “gel” part of it can just be taken out, then it costs less to make essentially the same thing, which is why large corporations dealing with high volumes of people will save the extra money to get more for their dollar. They are both as effective as each other so there is no safety downside, the only difference between them is the consistency.

Constructive criticism: Please try to wear a mask or something. Especially when you are opening bottles, envelopes, sample bottles, ( a.k.a that little bottle you got a while back that had the bowling pins in it) etc. Some things could have a pathogen or something dangerous in it. With that said, please for crying out loud don’t put things you get out of the mystery box on your face. Some things may look very cool and are really cool, but you have no idea where those items came from, or where they have been. So what I really wanted to ask is can I get those night vision glasses? Are there two kevins? Around 30:46 when we see Kevin wake up, we still hear Kevin talking in the background, he woke up with a dark shirt. And the Kevin recording is wearing a White shirt. Around 35:28 we see the Kevin with the White shirt enter the hallway, and probably the room that he got locked in, if you listen closely you hear his voice Change, then the Kevin with the dark shirt grabs the White shirt and GoPro, the next thing we see is kevin walking upstairs with a White shirt again and acts like nothing happend.
