Plot twist: the locations are actually coordinates from other people who received the dark web box and turned the tracker on. The recorder is voice recordings from the people that’s why it seemed they were looking for stuff. The person is actually murdering them and leaving clues (hint the CLUE) and they obtained objects from each spot they murdered the people who received the package.(etc. Wallet, necklace, turtle shell) and the hard drives are from the cameras the people used to record their discoveries so no one finds out. First coordinates from the one direction wallet is an open field in North Dakota. I looked it up on maps, I don't live in ND. Second coordinates from the jack in the box is in West Virginia in the middle of no where by a river. Third one is in Montana in the absolute middle of nowhere.
