I've been doing this for years with no problem. As Heidi said, if you never leave a coin on the exchange, no harm, no foul if they lock you out. All it takes is another email address and a new account, and your back in business. Whenever I use a new Global exchange, I search for their withdrawal limitations on the web. If KYC is required, I just move on. Binance has a 2 BTC daily limit, and Huobi has a 1 BTC limit. Between those two, you can find most any token.

@@silvershield2273 Best of luck, but be careful. I saw a thread on reddit recently between a Binance employee and a customer who was doing exactly what you are doing. He had a non-KYC account, bought some crypto on the exchange, and went to withdraw less than 2BTC, but they locked his account and demanded KYC. The Binance rep posted the terms and conditions which states that if they suspect something fraudulent on your account, they have the right to demand KYC at any time at their sole discretion. So that guy was totally screwed and (unless he leaves the US I guess and can get a foreign ID?) can never withdraw those coins.

You'd need to set up an overseas trust account with an agent/lawyer/paralegal as representative with power to sign contracts, who maintains the account with the exchanges, and who "hires" you as an employee. Use a rented computer instance (with a vpn) based in a safe part of the world to trade with, and no probs!

I use NordVPN for Binance, Mandala Exchange, and AscensX(formerly Bitmax). I always connect to Spain AND I go to an IP address checker BEFORE I go to any of these sites to verify. I started a brand new Protonmail email ONLY used for these sites. I ALWAYS make sure that I'm going to sit down and work on my trades and I dont leave any crypto on the exchanges. I do my business and get out.

I would do the same for Kucoin to, but what if they one day require KYS and you're stuck not being able to withdraw because you're using 100x leverage via vpn in usa on kucoin

@@XTen1000DaysX i ONLY use this to buy and sell and immediately withdraw. NEVER leave your funds on there. Or you may one day lose them. They usually give you a warning and some time to prove identity. Binance emailed me for 3 or 4 days about kyc before closing down the account. But since I was just using it to receive sell and withdraw it means nothing to me.

Just for the record, some exchanges will merely limit the amount you can trade or withdraw daily rather than lock your account if you haven't completed or have bungled KYC. For instance "someone who wasn't me" had a Kucoin account and made the mistake of outing that they were a resident of New York where Kucoin isn't sanctioned. Rather than lock out the account it only got bumped back to "unverified" which isn't that limiting unless you wish withdraw more than 5 BTC a day.

Yes indeed I have Signed up for a couple sites but I always get really apprehensive about accumulating a big balance and then trying to come back out . Things like what are they looking for, do they have a threshold for when they will want KYC. Or are there other tax obligations or rules that I am unaware of for the country I am pretended to reside in. What about the phone number I gave them will they need a code or something unexpected. Suffice to say I don't have any reassurances on avoiding landmines

Standard VPNs don’t work anymore. If you’re in crypto you can use a decentralized VPN. DVPN Sentinel runs on the COSMOS ecosystem.

Thanks for the content!! My concern is, I’m a US citizen, living in England, so I have an account on Binance, but am moving back to the US after the bull run. I’m not sure what to do with my coins as I usually leave them on the exchange, but when I move, I don’t want to do this, in case I have a problem accessing it. However, I also have Coinbase but my KYC is UK based, so will I still be able to access that from the US, or do I need to store my cash in PayPal or something, until I move, or can I not even access a UK PayPal from the US? Was even thinking of using my Kucoin account but don’t fully trust leaving coins on Kucoin.

i have 15k with kucoin and they are no longer in the USA and when i created the account i did it with all my credentials from orlando fl in the U.S can i still use a VPN to see if i could retrieve them from kucoin or they will notice or i lost my money
