I have a bad relationship with sleep. Sleep says it’s coming to see me after work, but I guess it works the night shift. Probably for the pay differential. I usually listen to the white noise of Starship Sleeping Quarters. It’s great. I can listen to it from beginning to end. So I thought I’d try listening to this brown noise. it's the kind of sound that is relaxing but after a while you barely notice that it's there. for me it kind of "turns off" the background noise of my thoughts. it does kind of remind me of the sound of being in a car at night on a long road trip on a smooth road, which gives me a feeling of relaxation and nostalgia, so I guess it depends on what you're association with this type of noise is🤷‍♀.
