This video has helped me so many times get through some tougher times with my variety of mental "illnesses" when they were making it hard for me to function. Just putting on my headphones and turning this on helps so much. And because I'm a student so I have to listen in class, it helps not completely tune out the world but enough that I can focus. I’m a first time Mama to an almost 9 mo and although Dad&I have her noise machine near her crib, we play this as another sound buffer to keep the outside world’s noises from seeping in. She is teething and it makes for fitful sleeps, but this helps tremendously. ❤

i share the same bedroom with my uncle and his snoring is so horrible i can't stand it. i used to spend nights without sleeping until one day i found brown noise. it's literally the only thing that blocks out my uncle's snoring. my life has completely changed since i discovered it lol, i fall asleep to it every night now
