You connected the heater on the opposite sides, try inhaling through the bottom of the vape it should work

Just watched the video. you have a clumsy method of refilling and recharging these 😅 It's better to remove the internal components by pushing them down from the top. never pull! I solder a wire to the negative of the battery, so that I don't have to remove the components everytime I recharge. (Tape the wire to avoid shorting) The tank doesn't need to be removed to refill, just remove the top seal a careful refill. You can fully recharge the battery if you have proper lithium battery charger (which you do have) it will take at least 2 hours! Also the best method to remove the metal cover is to use pliers (only gripping the bottom edges and gently pulling) Often the wires going to the tank break ( my technique minimises this 🥳
