I adore your videos. I like it better when you are talking. Reading takes away from the show. Plus, if you are talking, I can be more in your kitchen. Keeping us (your audience) closer, is a warm feeling. Needing to read, you keep us more in distance, feels colder. This is my personal feeling. Miss your jokes too. But, whichever method you chose, keep doing your beautiful creations!

yes! molds are definitely expensive, that's what I hate about them as well... :{ you'll never be able to have enough molds! ... here I though it would be interesting to share that Isomalt can me blown not only into ball shapes but basically in any shape, using a mold... (if you have one)....
