Like her sister Loretta was younger.. and now such a mature beauty .. inside and out. I think one of my favorite things about Loretta and even Dolly is they have never let fame get to their heads. They remembered the dirt poor beginnings they came from. Yes, Dolly is flashy on stage. But she’s got the warmest heart. And both ladies married and stayed married through thick and thin! Loretta until her husband preceded her in death and Dolly still now over 53 years. And while Loretta’s husband was her biggest push into the music industry he was also her champion though many a song was written because of things he was caught doing. Yet. Love prevailed. Dolly’s husband does not like the limelight. Yet, has always been supportive. And gives her the strength and backing of a man that loves her and she can go home to peace. A much needed thing for someone this famous. Though she wanted kids it was not in the cards for her. Yet, that love of children has not been passed by as she heads a number of organizations and donates tons for impoverished children and especially sponsors and pays for books to children. Loretta had 6 children. We have to remember there was no birth control back then. But as her song “The Pill” states she was ready for it. Can you imagine building her career and having 5 pregnancies. One was a set of twins! If we all could find the positive in life she found. And stay humble! I dread the day we loose Dolly as I dreaded the day we would loose Loretta. But Heaven knows they have earned all the rewards waiting for them. Sounds like I don’t think they had faults. Not true. I just think they have done the very best they could and wow, when they started women just where not able to do the things these ladies did. They have broken so many barriers. And many women have been blessed because of their struggles and work.

I would love to hear more of Cissy songs as she sure has her Mona’s voice so amazing talent . She would also look just like Loretta if her hair was dark brown . I grew up from a child listening to every song Loretta recorded and sang . Her records were played day and night as my parents loved her music as well . Loretta will always be loved by millions of people world wide . She was and still is a true icon and most favourite of mine in Country music . So sad of her passing she is missed dearly and no they will ever fill her shoes . 🥰❤️

this is simple, Loretta was the first. Crystal followed her sister's advice quitting singing her song because We had one Loretta, we didn't need an other. She left her sister's label DECCA where she had only a few singles and no album, and moved to UA meet great producer Allen Reynolds and developed her very own style. Peggy-sue continued to sing Loretta's style song and stayed a minor singer in her famous sister shadow.

They made each other. Loretta Lynn was a God fearing woman who truly believed in Jesus Christ. Her spiritual beliefs is what changed Doo little and made him a better husband and father to his wife and kids. I think he regretted how in the beginning he treated Loretta, and Loretta praying for him God heard her cries and changed Doo little life around. Doo little had a good heart ❣️❤️ but he let alcohol control the beginning of his life. May you rest in peace Loretta Lynn until we meet again on the other shore. Doo little you have your beautiful ❤️💞💯🤟 wife back with you. Thank God for Jesus Christ Amen, Amen.
